A skip link at the top of each page lets keyboard users jump straight to the main content. Every interactive element can be reached and operated with the keyboard alone, using the Tab key to move between links and Enter to activate them, and a visible focus outline shows where you are on the page. Some documents on this site, such as notices and downloads, are published in Portable Document Format (PDF). To view them you need a PDF reader; free PDF readers are available for all common devices and most modern browsers can open PDF files directly.
